Decent printer, helpful support
I ordered an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro from Slowy 3D a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. It took about 6 days to arrive in Agadir, which was reasonable. I had a small issue with leveling the build plate at first. I contacted their customer support and they responded within a day with clear instructions. The printer itself has been reliable, prints architectural models with good detail. The UV Resin Standard I got with it also performed well. Overall, a solid experience for a first-time resin printer purchase.
Fair pricing, slow delivery
I purchased a roll of PETG Transparent and a custom T-shirt design. Prices were competitive, especially for the PETG. The website was easy enough to navigate to place the order. My main gripe was the delivery; it took nearly two weeks to get to Marrakech, which felt a bit long. The filament quality was good once it arrived, and the T-shirt design came out exactly as I mocked it up.
